About Dr John:
My name is John T. Shokoff, DVM and I would like to introduce myself and my new, exclusively House Call Veterinary Practice now officially open for business in the Southern Tier! I have been practicing, first in New Jersey and now in New York, since graduating from the University of Missouri-Columbia, College of Veterinary
Medicine in 2002. I have practiced in nearly all settings, from urban to rural, large animals to small & exotics and from general practice to emergency medicine. In doing so, I have gained an immense amount of experience in both the medical and business sides of the field and have discovered what my idea of "Ideal Veterinary Care" is (you might call it a motto).
In essence, it is my desire to provide top quality care to each patient (whether it is a Great Dane, a Siamese Cat or a Bearded Dragon), individually, in a professional, compassionate and economical fashion. And only recently did I realize how I could bring this ideal to life!
